We personalize every service to match your individual goals and needs. Our purpose is to leave a lasting positive impact through high-quality care, delivered by trained professionals in a calm, rejuvenating environment.
Appointments & Reservations
To ensure we can accommodate your preferred time and service, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling to secure your spot. Alternatively, a gift certificate may be used to hold the reservation. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined below.
*If you have any allergies or ingredient sensitivities, please inform our front desk when booking. While we offer curated spa packages for convenience, you’re welcome to mix and match any treatments to create a personalized experience.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Each appointment at Skinetica Med Spa is reserved just for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the service.
- No-shows will also be billed in full.
We enforce this policy out of respect for our team’s time and other clients who could have used that slot. In many cases, our staff are scheduled specifically for your visit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Arrival & Check-In
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to enjoy a relaxed start to your visit.
Before or after your service, feel free to unwind in our relaxation area with a complimentary tea, coffee, or cold beverage.
Personal Items
Please leave valuable items, including jewelry, at home.
Skinetica Med Spa is not liable for any lost or misplaced belongings.
Promotional Offers
Spa promotions and limited-time offers cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, or third-party gift certificates.
Bring a Friend, Get Rewarded
Already purchased a package? Receive a Complimentary Non-Invasive Facial when you refer a friend who books their first treatment with us. It’s our way of saying thank you for sharing the Skinetica experience.
